Management Controls Successfully completes Pilot Project for Major Oil Company
Houston, Texas — March 2009

Management Controls, Inc., a leading provider of Contractor Management Systems, has successfully completed a large pilot project of its Track™ software solution at a major refinery in Louisiana.  Track™ seamlessly interfaced to the refinery’s SAP PM and MM as well as the refinery perimeter access control system.  Track™ was selected as the highest value solution for this major oil company after a rigorous due diligence process.  Management Controls, Inc. is currently working with this oil company to complete planning for a multi-refinery roll-out of Track™ scheduled for completion by year end.

The Track™ pilot project began in Q4 2008.  It included modification of existing Management Controls, Inc. SAP interface technology and modification of the company’s access control interface.  The full project was completed on time and on budget.

The Track™ implementation team was aided greatly by the customer’s project manager.  Her deep knowledge of contractor management and prior use of a sophisticated internally developed system made this project a great success.
