Sunoco Refining & Supply Completes Implementation of
Track™ Software at Five U.S. Refineries
Houston, Texas — April 2007

Management Controls, Inc., developer of innovative Track™ contractor services management software, announced that Sunoco R&S (NYSE: SUN) has completed the rollout of Track to their five refineries. Interfaces were built and implemented to Sunoco R&S CMMS, ERP and access control systems. The resulting integration provides end-to-end automation of contractor management.

According to Bob Harrell, President of Management Controls, Inc., “Sunoco R&S has designed and executed a very comprehensive deployment of Track software. They are absolutely prepared to manage maintenance, construction and turnaround contractor costs.”

Sunoco implemented Track at all five of their refineries in an Enterprise deployment. All modules of Track have been deployed and Sunoco plans to upgrade to Track v5.2 this summer. Sunoco R&S choose to deploy Track through a third-party hosting facility and permits contractor access to Track from offices around the country via a secure VPN connection.
