ConocoPhillips Los Angeles Refineries Management Controls, Inc., creator of market-leading Track™ contractor services management software, announced that ConocoPhillips has selected Track software to control contract costs at two of its refineries – one in Carson, CA, and one in Wilmington, CA. This is a new customer for Management Controls, Inc.
