The Shaw Group selects Track™ for TXU Nuclear Plant Maintenance
Houston, Texas — January 2007

Management Controls, Inc., developer of innovative Track™ contractor services management software, announced that The Shaw Group, Inc. (NYSE: SGR) has selected Track to heighten project visibility and cost control at TXU Power’s Steam Electric Station at Comanche Peak. This is a two-unit nuclear-fueled power plant located in Glen Rose, TX, about 80 miles southwest of downtown Dallas. The Shaw Group/Stone & Webster purchased a license to control ongoing maintenance work and costs for TXU.

This is a new customer for Management Controls, Inc. According to Bob Harrell, President of Management Controls, “The Shaw Group’s objectives for selecting Track were to obtain real-time cost reporting, drive profitability and streamline management of its sub-contractors.”

Implementation of Track is currently underway.
